Padel X ("we", "us", "our") operates the Padel X mobile application and website at padelx-ks.com (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Services to book padel courts, manage sessions, and communicate with other players at our venue in Ferizaj, Kosovo.

By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy.

We may collect the following categories of personal data:

Account information — email address, password (stored in encrypted form), first name, last name, and optionally gender, date of birth, and city.

Booking information — court reservations, date and time, duration, booking status, payment status and method, notes, cancellation comments, and participant details including co-players.

Communications — invitations sent to other players (including invitee email addresses), in-app messages within booking sessions, and in-app notification history.

Device and technical data — push notification tokens and device platform (iOS or Android) when you enable notifications, authentication tokens stored on your device, and your language preference.

With your consent, we collect limited product-usage data through PostHog, such as feature and screen use, app version, language, and device platform. We do not send names, email addresses, authentication tokens, message content, booking notes, or precise location to PostHog.

We use Sentry to receive essential error and performance reports. Sentry is configured not to collect personally identifiable information.

We use your personal data to:

• Create and manage your account • Process court bookings and payments • Send booking confirmations, reminders, and updates via push notifications and in-app notifications • Enable invitations and session messaging between players • Understand aggregate product usage when you consent, so we can improve the Services • Diagnose and fix service errors • Provide customer support • Comply with legal obligations

We process your personal data based on:

• Contract performance — to provide booking services you request • Legitimate interests — to operate our venue, prevent fraud, and keep the Services reliable • Consent — for product analytics and push notifications; you can withdraw analytics consent in the app Profile or website banner, and disable push notifications in device settings • Legal obligation — where required by applicable law

We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Services:

• Email delivery (Resend) — to send password reset and account-related emails • Push notifications (Expo) — to deliver mobile notifications to your device • Product analytics (PostHog) — to process consented, pseudonymous product-usage events • Error monitoring (Sentry) — to process limited technical error and performance information • Hosting infrastructure — to store and process data securely

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Booking records, messages, and related data are retained as needed to provide our services, resolve disputes, and comply with legal and accounting requirements. You can delete your account from the Padel X website (Profile → Delete account). Steps, data deleted vs kept, and retention details are on our account deletion page.

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you • Correct inaccurate information • Request deletion of your data • Object to or restrict certain processing • Withdraw consent for product analytics at any time in the app Profile or website banner • Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time via device settings

Our Services are not directed to children under 16. If you are under 16, please do not create an account. Optional date of birth information is collected only if you choose to provide it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
