Delete your Padel X account

This page explains how users of the Padel X app and website (published by Padel X LLC) can request deletion of their account and associated personal data. Padel X is a padel court booking app for our club in Ferizaj, Kosovo.

1. Open the Padel X website at padelx-ks.com and sign in with the same email and password you use in the app.

2. Go to Profile (account menu).

3. Tap or click Delete account and confirm.

4. Your account is disabled immediately. You are signed out on every device and can no longer sign in.

If you cannot sign in, email info@padelx-ks.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will process email requests within 30 days.

When your account is deleted we remove or permanently anonymize:

• Account profile — name, email, password, gender, date of birth, city/country, and profile photo • Sign-in sessions and password-reset tokens • Push notification device tokens and web push subscriptions • Ability to sign in or use the app with that account

We keep the following records as needed for venue operations, disputes, and legal or accounting requirements. They are no longer linked to your identifiable profile:

• Booking history (court, time, status, payment status/method, fees) • Match results and leaderboard statistics tied to anonymized participant ids • In-app messages and invitation records associated with past bookings • Voucher redemptions and related financial records

These operational records are typically retained for up to 7 years where accounting or legal rules require it, then removed or further anonymized.
